Can someone tell me what the differance between the 88" Stock 03 and the 06 head. I heard that the 06 Heads have better flow out of the box VS the 03's. Then again I hear it doesnt matter if they are going to be ported!
I just put these heads on my bike last week. I have a 2002 twin cam with a 95" build and 203 cams. there is a noticeable difference with these3 heads without porting or anything. They take a better breather among other differences like better flow, beehive spings, etc.

In the hands of a good machine shop/porting service, '99 casting heads should flow better than 260 cfm @ 28" at .600 lift. So no, doesn't really matter.
