Are you kidding me.Do your homework and check with some site sponsors on this forum. Kirbys right on this.
I second calling fuelmoto I pretty much did there 107 hellraiser kit and will be picking up the train on Tuesday it was a little bit more but they do have a basic 107 for 1300 or 1995 installed and tuned
If you're doing big bore, don't stop at 103"... since it is mostly a wash (bore and pistons needed regardless), take it to 107" and you'll be way more satisfied with the upgrade. You can go to 107" without needing to do the bottom end.
I've recently done so thanks to Hillside, and while I'm still breaking it in I can tell you that the difference is night and day.
I put together a 107 upgrade for my motor this winter. I shopped for deals over a few months prior and got pistons, freshly bored jugs, woods cams, HQ lifters, Smith bros adjustable pushrods, SE cnc ported heads, cometic mls head gaskets, new pushrod covers, Vpc clutch, 30t trans pulley, and all the o-rings and gaskets for the job for a little over 1500 bucks. All new parts except for the Vpc clutch and clutch spring, which had a couple hundred miles on them. If you've got a good plan, and you're patient, you can save significantly.
Do some searching on these forums and use one of the sponsors. You got 3 good suggestions already and plenty of people who have done these builds for comparison ..I wouldn't call those prices budget either.oh yeah, take that bad boy to 107
