Make sure you keep this thread up to date. Very interested to see you build and some dyno results. Can't go wrong with Scott, Great guy to talk to business or shooting the ****. I had talked to him about a 10:1, S&S 570g, stage 2 or 3 headwork build. But for right now i am going to run my 10.25:1 se95 build with SE211 cams that came on my bike.
On another note i would bring your bike to Scott and have him do the build. Your closer than me and its about 5 and a half hours for me. While your out there have Joe at Joes cycle repair tune it.
