Decel poping
I just got an 08 Ultra 4 weeks ago, it has stage 1 air cleaner and freedom performance true duals. It has no EFI tuner on it, so will a tuner help with the decal pop? And is a Micro EFI tuner from Fuel Moto a good one? I would just like to stop the decal and it probably is running lean so I would like to have it run a little richer.

It will absolutely help. Call Fuel Moto and they will help you decide on what is best for you. I believe you usually get what you pay for, so be open to something that may cost more but worth it in the long run.
