That's weird! In the 2 years I've been on here, I've never had that happen, even when I was using Safari. But with the last update on my iPad, I stopped Safari, where I was using both Safari and Dolphin. Now I only use Dolphin. It's worth a try to use it. If it doesn't work, you can delete it. And if it doesn't, I don't have a clue why you're getting pop ups like that.
Have followed instructions above numerous times still get it all the time as pictured above, if this place was not so informative about all things Harley . It would be enough to drive me away but I'm still here and so are the pop ups. I just don't click any adds. I'll open a new window.

Do an internet search on "block pop up ads in safari". their are too many answers and not enought infromation on your system for me to give you any ideas.
