Only appears when you sign in for some reason, I assume the mods only like people on the forum if they sign in.

No I'm not taking pop shots, but why all of a sudden have you got to log in to get the off topic forum up, the mods control the forum so I assume its a new rule.

Well you're wrong. So stop assuming. Reset your cookies or restart your computer or whatever. Then log in and all should be fine.

I log in every day when I look at the forum and "Off Topic" disappeared for 3 days.
