If you read the top of the Classified Section, you'd see this...

You Have To Be An Active Member To Use This Forum. You Have To Have Been A Member For At Least 30 Days And Have At Least 5 Posts (Unrelated To The Classified Section) To Be Considered An Active Member.

I have never seen a forum before thats so damn strict as this one and im a member of a few forums WTF

I've noticed the classified restriction is pretty standard on most forums. They don't want masses of people joining just to place ads and never participate.
