Why in the hell does this popup keep showing up on my computer every time I come to this web page?

I've had it a couple of times. It is annoying, but I just back out or close out the page and try again.

As has been said in dozens and dozens of threads in this section, get a pop-up blocker like Ad Blocker.

Plus there's a sticky on this page about pop ups...I have an iPad and Ad Blocker Plus must kill them all because I never see a pop up ad here or anywhere at all.

I pop in here and the first thing I see at the top is an ad for Honda sales event!! Don't get me wrong, I like all bikes... But it struck me funny to see a Honda ad in a Harley forum!😁
