Moderators-
I type in a hurry and like crap, Spell-like an engineer and go back later to proofread, reread.
Would you please reset the forum so threads could be edited for a longer time?
At least a couple of days?
I do not know why or who picked the two-hour box, but I would have to guess it was an arbitrary click?
Thanx!

Time limit was courtesy of one particularly obnoxious member with more mouth than brains that would say some stupid or deliberately inflammatory nonsense then edit it out after all hell broke loose or the name shaming started. Was a 4 hr window didn't know they had clipped it further.
I'd like to see a larger window myself, between autofill and thinking much faster than the fingers can type it's ugly sometimes.
not to mention many people are typing on phones and small tablets.. It's a lot easier to see your fubar'd post on a regular PC monitor than those smaller devices.

Phones, -I do answer once in awhiest, but yea that truly is the recipe for a spelling disaster!
Maybe it is a four-hour window? ..
IDK, but most the time running around the shop here when getting a break I want to edit it really well.
Biggest gripe I have is that pics sometimes expire when uploaded 3rd party (which I did before it became available here). My Ride Reports are filled with red Xs now and I can't fix them.
I've had to edit a misspelled word or two. I find the current edit timeframe sufficient for my needs, but I only average two posts per day. I would imagine proofreading seventeen posts per day would warrant the need for an extended edit timeframe. Good luck with your request.
