Got a message saying, "thank you for posting. Your post will appear after it has been approved by a moderator". It's now the following day and still don't see my post. What up?

Don't have a solid answer for you because that's not my assigned forum. But it sounds to me like maybe the forum software picked up a link or something else in your post and automatically shunted it somewhere to be seen by a moderator.
We all aren't tied to this forum 24/7 so yes, it may not get looked at and sorted out right away.

I get those occasionally too. Robb chimed in before and said it’s usually just a software spam-detection glitch.
It actually happened to me again a couple days ago. In the past, sometimes the post eventually shows up after approval, but lately it feels like they just get launched into a black hole and never return.
Honestly, just repost it. I’d bet it goes through fine the second time.
