Default Do I have an issue (pics) FXDF 2009

Hi guys. I noticed these marks on the swingarm where it appears that it has made contact (through suspension travel) with the frame. I am one of the overthinking, paranoid types, so please keep that in mind as well. It also feels that as I ride down the road that my front end does not "point" dead straight (trees seems slightly "off", if that makes sense). I did the mount / isolator replacement (front and rear), loosened the bolts and run the engine alignment thing in 2019. Last year, new neck bearings and races. Did the fall away setting. The rear wheel never seemed to be dead center (slightly to the right). Also, another thing I notice is that if I have both shocks removed it is a struggle bolting the bottom bolts back in. I have to play with one of the shocks to make the bolt fi back in. Normal?

Anyhow, thanks in advance and I welcome any input or if I am nuts, you can call me that as well. The pix are from the right side of the bike (I am sure you know lol). I have the low end Progressive 12.5" springs installed BTW.

Looks like the frame has the mark, not the swingarm. Marks look a little like someone banged on it. It's possible the motor mounts are shot and the swingarm is banging up against the frame. Are you the original owner?

I meant that the swingarm contacted the frame (oops). The front mount was toast and I ended up replacing both in 2019. I am not the original owner but have have owned it for 6 years.
