The helmet he wanted to look at was a HD "Tourer" half lid, with the chrome HDShield badges on both sides. (sameHelmet as the one he was wearing on his head)

Funny story: Years ago when my son was very young, he saw a guy with a helmet on with the DOT sticker on the back. My son wanted to strike up a conversation with the guy so he said, "Hey! You have a dot helmet! My dad has the same kind". I died laughing!
