Default Riding Shirts

I really like Harley's button up shirts and find them very comfortable, but not $75.00 worth of comfort. Is there another brand of shirt that is similar without the similar price?

The HD shirts do last, but the cash they take is up there. You are paying for the logo.

I'm with you and I love the shirts, its the only type I wear when riding. I agree that $75 is to much. But, I will say this, they last a long time. That's why I keep buying them.

As far as other shirts, like Dickies. I bought some shirts while in Sturgis and the Sturgis logo was on Dickies shirts. They are thinner that the HD shirts. But, also last a long time.

$75 might be high, but if you go to Dillard's or Macy's, the same quality shirt will run you at least $90.

I find going to the local dealer (I have 4 within 30 minutes) for special events where they have the sale tents to be the best way. I got a nice snap button up longsleeve shirt for 35 bucks.

I wear this shirt a lot. It wears great, looks nice and is Made in Hawaii. Not HD style, but I like it.

If you want comfort and functionality when you ride, especially when traveling, nothing beats CoolMax fabric type long sleeve t-shirts. They wick perspiration away from the body but are very cool to wear in the heat. They also dry almost instantly and can be washed in a sink and wrung out if you are camping. The perfect base layer. I wear it them under a mesh jacket in the heat and under an Adventure Tour type motorcycle jacket in cooler weather. They allow the wind to hit your skin with a vented or mesh jacket. Most outdoor and sporting goods stores carry them as well as places like Cycle Gear and Revzilla.
