thinking you need to figure out if its the bike that wobbling or is it your head..????
I don't think the Fangs fits the touring bikes..?? but they work on Softails.. I have them..
you didn't say if you wear a helmet.. Cause a too loose of lid can also cause your head to flutter side to side.. I just leaned that 3 yrs ago..
You will get wind buffering on you bike... My son has a 10 ST-GLD and he bought something that HD sells that goes on the lower part of the Triple Tree that Reduces the Buffeting and He swears by it, plus he got a little higher re-curve shield that helped even more.
hope some of or any of this helps...

Reason: add more about the sons bike.
Thanks for all the help. Going to get a pair of maxx hd glasses (padding on the inside) to try. Then strap on glasses. The demo a windshield. I will let you all know what worked.

sitting on your bike, the top of your windshield should be between your nose and upper lip. as been said, if your shield is to low or seat sits you to high, the wind will drive you crazy...feel like your head is getting beat like a drum. but when you get it right, its great. good luck
I had that issue with my glasses seeming to bounce a bit, causing wobbly vision. Added Air Deflectors on the fairing and it all cleared up. Make sure you get the type you can open up - even open the deflectors disrupt the air movement enough that it doesn't affect vision.
