ABS has never saved my *** but I am sure glad I have it just in case. That being said my other 2 bikes do not ave ABS. I am a little more cautious on the brake levers on these two bikes.
I have it on my street glide and don't have it on my evo heritage. I've locked up the rear on the evo a few times and was lucky to ride it out and keep it upright. Like the poster said...good luck not locking in a panic stop situation. My heritage never goes on road trips anymore because the street glide with ABS is just much better equipped for riding in any and all conditions. As everyone has said, do yourself a favor and don't buy a bike without ABS.

well I have gone to see a few SG but no luck, they been in not so good condition.. So this weekend am suppose to take look at a RK classic and if it looks good I think am going to pass on the SG and go RK...
