A(n) Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for 10/13/2016 at 1:30 PM. This will take place in New Madrid Cty Circuit Court, located at: 450 Main Street in New Madrid, MO 63869.
If you plan to attend the hearing, be sure to check with the prosecutor's office to make sure the hearing is still set. You should telephone the day before the hearing, as last minute continuances are often granted. For more information, contact the office responsible for this case. The telephone number is (573)748-2228.

Unfortunately my guess is much time and state money will be spent before those pieces of crap get what's coming to them.

The hearing was held yesterday.
"State appears by PA Andrew Lawson. Defendant appears in the custody of sheriff with Attorney Michael J. Hufty. Preliminary hearing held. Sworn testimony heard. Court finds probable cause that felonies were committed and that the Defendant committed said felonies, therefore, the Court Orders Defendant bound over to New Madrid County Circuit Court, Division I to appear there on November 22, 2016 at 10:00AM for arraignment. JDU"
