This afternoon Ronnie Robinson was sentenced to the maximum of 30 years on Murder 2nd, 25 years on Robbery 1st, 25 years on Kidnapping, and 7 years on Tampering 1st.
Counts 2, 3, and 4 will run concurrently to each other however they will run consecutively with Count 1 for a total of 55 years.
He will be required to serve 85% of the 30 years he received on Murder 2nd (25.5 years) before he is eligible for parole. If he is granted parole sometime after 25.5 years he will then starting serving the 25 year sentence he received for Robbery 1st.
Robbery 1st also requires him to serve 85% of the 25 year sentence (21.25 years) before being parole eligible.
Ronnie Robinson will be in prison for a minimum of 46.75 years. And seeing as how he was 49 years old when he murdered Larry Weaver, the judge effectively signed his death warrant today.
