You obviously know where I come from with the question then. I had an 03 SuperGlide and the book said to do it on the jiffy stand but for this one it don't really say one way or the other. Says to check it upright but as far as the draining I was scratching my head. Didn't know if they was figure on the small amount of leftover or what so thought I'd ask. Thanks

Both of my Dynas, I drain on the jiffy (kick) stand. That would be the low point for draining purposes, the plug is near the jiffy stand. Make sure the dipstick is pulled out. Install the plug with your fingers then tighten. After refilling with 2.5 qts. of your favorite oil, run for a couple of minutes, turn off bike. Check level on jiffy stand and add accordingly.
