So does anybody have any recommendations on a good set of clear goggles? I'm am notorious for buying the cheap ones and the problem i have with every pair I've ever bought was the glare from either headlights or reflection from road signs is so bad. I am aware yellow lenses can help but I just don't like them. I prefer clear. Also I prefer goggles as opposed to glasses because on my sporty I have no shield and with glasses even the foam lined ones I get to much wind and my eyes tear to much.
www.sportrx.com for form fitting eye glasses. I have to remove the foam liners as they don't give enough ventilation and fog. They advertise in the ThunderPress. That's how I found 'em.
There are things that reduce fogging on glasses/face shields, btw.
I love my WileyX (I have prescription). I use the head band and never have an issue with tears anymore. As NORTY stated, they will fog a bit, when I first put them on, but as soon as I start moving, they clear right up. I bought a pair in clear and sun.
I have biltwell clear And tinted googles in my saddle bag they fit over my prescription glasses and wind is no problem. As a side note I think you can see better in the rain as well,
Got caught in a terential downpour this past summer and the guys I were with all had to pull over as they couldn't see all on fairing bikes I honestly did not have a problem
