Parts for 72 Sportster
A friend of mine is trying to put an old sportster back together. He needs things light headlight, gauges, some covers. I checked Pinwheel and they are very limited that far back. Does anyone one know of another source for older Harley parts?

Get a factory parts book then start googling the p/n for whatever you want. Chances are excellent you will find it either on Ebay or some website that specializes in old Harley parts. I've got a 75 xlh, never have trouble finding parts but sometimes you do have to buy aftermarket. That's where J&P cycles comes in.

There are several AMCA events throught the year. If you are looking to get the bike to stock configuration, those swap meets are one of your best bets.
