HD financial services = IDIOTS
Try it as I am sure there are many US Institutions that Canadians pay too.
I do not go for direct withdraws for payments...first I never pay the minimum amount and second I do all my payment via online bill pay..if you schedule a payment on a certain date, it is guaranteed to be there on that day.....in five years of using bill pay for all of my payments, whether it is my mortgage, insurance, utilites, etc....I have never had an issue
Check with your bank about their online service that they provide, plus it should be free and you never have to pay for stamps
Your bank should have Eaglemark in their database, sign and up and "add a payee" usually you add the name and account number and the address is on file...

I would check with your bank, not on Harley's end..basically you set HD up as a payee and include the account number and address. On your bill pay you can go in and manually enter in he amount and date you want the funds to be drafted from your account.....the rest is history, but again, check with your bank
