Ya i have 3 maps that are close i was just hoping possibly someone did the exact same Rinehart slip-ons and stage 2 big sucker. They dont have that exact map on there website.
Your engine is only capable of pulling "X" amount of air volume,, the difference between a stage 1 or stage 2 air filter (unless you've added cams) is moot with the configuration you have shared with us.
Your not adding more air with the stage 2 air filter,, because your engine is only using so much,, the filter is actually more open then needed, (not a bad thing), the engine can only suck so much air
Get it?
Ya i was just hoping i could use a map and be good. Didnt really want to spend $250 to $300 to have someone else do it. But im sure the results will be much better if they do it since thats there profession.
Ya know(?) with a simple stage 1, (air and pipes alone) I don't think a professional tuner (dyno'ed) would gain all that much from a canned tune,, maybe 2-3 HP and 2-3 #s of torque and might gain me a bit with low end WOT and gear jamming,, but if I wanted to ride like all that I'd get a crotch rocket or a full out stage 3.
A Pro tuning in this neck of the woods is $400+/-,, for me that's too much for the small gain. I'd probably do it for $250,, but $400? Nope.
