The old timer I get my hay from (he's late 80's or early 90's if I remember right) said he bought himself a '37 Harley brand new. Put a slightly larger sprocket on it and drilled the breather hole in the heads slightly larger and said he raced a chick in a convertible one day and he reached 90 mph. Said he probably could have beat her with a little more miles on the road as he could hear that the car had pretty much topped out and he was catching up to her. He and I both agreed he screwed up getting rid of the bike in '44, heh.
