Because of an accident at work, my knee got screwed up back in March, but I am going to finally get to ride tomorrow. I wont be able to sleep a wink tonight, so look out night night pills "over the counter Dollar General sleep aid."
Be careful. After I had my open heart surgery, about 6 weeks later I went to the dealership to see if I could hold up a RoadKing, in case I dropped it, it would be on their dime & NOT mineLOL!

Mine is from an accident at work 7 years ago. Ended up with a total knee replacement last year. It got infected and came lose. Hoping to get rid of the infection and put in a new one by the end of September.
Glad you are are finally getting back in the wind.

It's my bike. When I told the OL I wanted to get a new one, she said "not open for discussion, don't even think about it". I bought it and brought it home without telling her and that's when as they say, "the fight started".
That was over over a year ago and she's still pissed about it.

See? Always better to ask forgiveness than permission. Three years ago I went on a trip with a black 2011 Ultra Classic and came home with a tan 2014 Street Glide. Cheryl was not amused. Took her about a year to finally accept the new bike.
But at least I didn't have the fight leading up to the purchase!

I did that with several bikes and a few classic cars. Finally got to the point where i had to trade in the OL. Got a much newer model with super low miles
