Life Changes
We all think that were strong and in good shape .And will live a long life.
I`m only 49 , so still young .
Well a week ago yesterday , I had a hart attack .
Spent 6 days in the hospital , they were able to put a stent in to fix me up.
I hadn't been feeling well for a week or so , and Friday at work it happened .
The big one ,well not real big but it was a hart attack . I was lucky that there were people around me,and were able to get me to help.
The Docs said that there was damage done to my hart , not a lot so with meds and a change in life style . I should live a good life from here on out , if I look after myself .
I guess what I`m trying to say , is look after your self . We only get one shot at this thing called life.
I can tell you that I do look at things a little different now. The little things like the birds singing and playing in the yard, sounds funny but it`s true.
I look at my wife in a new way , I love my wife always have . But I just feel a lot has changed . I got a second chance and I`m going to take it.
So don`t sweat the little things , look after your self and everyone you love.

Glad you pulled through and got yourself tuned up. I lost alot of buds to ailments in the last couple years, I miss them greatly and think of them often. Most of us don't realize how fragile the human body is, and how fast things can change.

I'm glad you did good- you experienced what I have lived like since my reality check many years ago.
We are only alive between heartbeats- everything else gets left behind- cherish those you hold close, live with passion, laugh always at the way life plays it's hand, and embrace your death.
You may see that paying a huge mortgage, landscaping your yard, or doing idle tasks are irrelevant.
You may find that being in the rain on your motorcycle, lightning dancing across the sky, in the middle of nowhere gives you more meaning.
Life doesn't change, only we do- I prefer to call it evolution~

Glad you got a second chance alot don't . Nobody gets out alive we're all going the trick is how you lived till that time my friend , all that stuff you thought about or maybe dreamed about doing one day ? Get busy .
