I've rented from them in Miami, Phoenix, & San Francisco over the past 15-years.
It has been 5-years since my last rental. I wouldn't hesitate based on my own experience.

I will say that in Miami, the weekend desk jockey that took the bike back in marked "no damage". However I got charged for a tank chip when the Monday help re-examined it. I wasn't happy, but not much I cold do.

A lot of HD dealers rent bikes. I did that in Rapid city, SD, and I know they do it here in Syracuse, NY.

I've rented from ER in Seattle and Hawaii. No complaints, good service. In my experience they ask you to put a 2nd choice bike in case the first isn't available, and one time out of my 6 or so rentals I got the 2nd choice.

When you rent a Harley from an HD dealer you get a low mileage, shiny, late model bike. (Again, this is my own experience.) When you rent from ER you likely get a bike several years old with pretty fair mileage. The paint may be somewhat sun faded and the leather saddlebags weather worn (especially on a Chieftain I rented) but, that said, the bikes have always run very well, no complaints.

That’s going to be interesting as the one in Orlando is also an Indian dealership.

my last ER rental was a 16 Road King with a warped front rotor and the latch to the saddle bag fell off in my driveway. The next rentals were all HD/store based. I even wrote ER to tell them the problems and all they did was spam me

I rented from Vegas earlier this year. Experience was ok, but they gave me pretty well-worn no-frills RG. Can't really say I had any problems with them, just wasn't really diggin' the bike they gave me.

Rented from Vegas last 3 years. Generally, the bike conditions were not great, and this year the heritage my wife was riding just cut-out...stopped running while going down the road and had to pull over. fortunately we were in rural areas outside the city when it occurred and it restarted both times. But we were plenty nervous going back into Vegas on I-15 about its reliability. Fortunately all was OK.

I've rented from Eaglerider Las Vegas quite a few times, and once from Orlando. I've never had a bad experience, always got the bike I reserved. I've never had a problem with them promptly releasing the deposit hold from my credit card, either.

I like 'em enough that I joined the club. The membership costs me about $350 a year. A friend and I rented two bikes last spring, using 10 of my credits. Saved us over $1300.

As for condition.. we both got 2014 Ultras with about 18 or 20k on them. They were fine.

I've had tremendous experience renting from dealers. The bikes are new, well maintained, and low mileage. I hope that if Eagle Rider takes over the dealership rentals, that they maintain that standard. As I rented a TriGlide from Orlando EaglecRider a few years ago, and it was a POS. The touch screen was shattered, 1st gear was stripped, it was covered with scratches. At the time I only rode a Trike, so I was limited in my options.
