Here in Phoenix some summer days get up over 100. I ride up to 105 and then take the car. I’ve ridden up to 110 but then it stops being enjoyable. Needless to say my kid needed a wash.

The best thing to do, is have a few helmets so you can rotate their use.
Lastly, you might want to go "full face" when it gets over 98.6F. Constant hot/dry air over your skin doesn't allow perspiration to cool your body. First, it'll give you headache, then disorientation, then death. (And, it can go from good to very bad in very few minutes.)
Having a full face with the shield down insulates your head from this "super heating."
But, riding in Late October to mid May in Arizona is awesome. Flagstaff is better during the "HOT" times as it's got altitude to help with the stupid hot temps of the rest of the State.
Just pointing out the dangers of "hypERthermia". It's not something to mess with, especially out in the middle of the desert, where there may be no relief from many miles or minutes. Stepping inside a 7-11 store is a good way to get your body temp back down.
Alcohol exacerbates the problem too.
Ever ride "89A?" I think the "A" stands for awesome.
