Headed out in AM
The wife and I are headed out on the RKC tomorrowmorning for a 2 week vacation,riding through the SE US.
We are headed from NY, through PA to VA where we will do theSkyline Drive and BRP to Ashville, NC. After seeing the sights there, we headover to Robbinsville for the TOD and Cherohola. We will head up to Maryville, TN and then to Louden to visit an old friend. Then a couple of days meandering around AL and GA before heading to Atlanta to see my oldest daughter forthe weekend. Then down to Savannah, then Charleston SC, and up the coast, through DE and home. I figure around 4000 miles or thereabouts.
Other than the 3 days in Atlanta, we have no plans, no reservations and no cares. We will ride as far as we feel like it and stop where ever it looks fun.
The bike has new tires, was just serviced, and she's packed and ready. I plugged some general routes into the Zumo to guide us along and even the weather report looks good! Man, this is the life.

It sounds like you 2 will have a blast.When you get into PA,youshould rideRoute 6.(if you haven't done it before) Some very nice towns and scenery along Route 6.Have fun and ride safe! [sm=smiley20.gif]
