I just purchased my first Harley and I was wondering if it is bad luck to use a guardian bell off of another bike that I use to own. It's a bike that is long gone due to an accident back in 2004, which totaled the bike. The bell is the only thing I kept from that accident. It was given to me by a dear friend and I would like to use it again. Any thoughts?
If you like it, use it again. Some will say "it was on a bike in a wreck??? don't use it again!!!"
Others like me will say, duh, if you walked away from the wreck IT HAS TO BE GOOD LUCK!

(but seriously, don't over think it)
Exactly this above!
I Know this is dumb, I have 2 bells on my bike... Last year I got clobbered (rear ended while moving) and the bike was a goner... The guys from the shop handed me back my bell and said I should have been much worse judging from the bike. I remounted that one bc it kept me safe... And I also have a pink ribbon bell to honor my mother who I recently lost..
