I think that if you're in the sticks and in the middle of nowhere and get a ticket, it's pretty bush at that level of speed. Did 3 years of LE a looong time ago and I'd be embarassed for writing someone up for that. fj4069, if you run in New York now, it's a felony (Todeshenni (sp) Law.)

 

I usually run 5 to 10 over and have never had a problem. It all depends on where you are. A kid I've known since he was a boy scout explorer is now a state trooper says anything 15 or less over they don't even look.
