I have a 2007 softail deluxe. I jus changed out my throttle cable and idler cable. I was driving to work and gave it some gas and it bogged out on me . I don't know if it's something I did with the cables or if it's something else. It didn't do this before so I'm thinking maybe there was something I forgot ?? Any ideas ?

 

Doesn't sound like anything caused by the cable. Did you unplug anything on the TPS or anything else on the throttle body? Almost sounds like maybe a pinhole in the fuel line in the tank. How much gas did you have in the tank?

 

I had a full tank ...I pumped it out with a new hand pump . It runs good but when I take it up on the top end ...it bog out.
