Default Seat/bike cover for rain

It does occasionally rain in Southern California, so this year I really need to get a cover. The seat gets soaked sitting out in the rain. If it's not raining when I go home after work and I don't wear my rain pants, my pants get wet from the soaked seat.

Looking for recommendations on bike covers. Thanks.

And, I know, get one that says 'Honda'.

This just came up recently. I have an extra large waterproof/breathable Nelson Riggs that has been great. But thanks as this reminded me to look for another waterproof seat cover. Had a nice one but it is MIA.

Check out Nelson-Rigg Deluxe Motorcycle Cover for around $40. Good of occasional use, and comes with a nice compression sac for storage and transport.

I am without a garage at the moment, so my bikes lives outside under a thicker Harley cover when not being ridden. The giant silver logo received some black spray paint to help reduce attention.

My bike lives under a car port but rain can blow under and soak the bike. I use the following very cheap light weight cover which works well. I carry a second in my saddlebag folded up neatly in a pouch (haven't needed it, but I don't often leave my bike in a parking area for very long as you do because you are at work.

If you were just wanting a seat cover, something like the following might be just what the doctor odered. I'm considering this one since here in Florida, a bike seat can get alfully Hot or Wet when even left out for a short period due to the hot sun or a sudden cloud burst. I would carry this instead of the full bike cover that I currently carry. Probably more usefull more often than the full cover. My grasshopper backrest can just be taken out and stored under the cover while parked.

I use Harley's Touring Seat Rain cover with Rider Backrest, part #52952-97. I purchase it from Kutter's HD before it became BroadTracker's HD.

I have use a number of different covers over the years (we get RAIN, seagulls & wind...).
I have used everything from plastic to full covers, depending on the bike mind you.
But if you have one with bags, this is my personal preference Oasis Day Cover
Fits better and hold up better, if you use it allot it is the way to go.
I use mine everyday I ride to work, it is the only one that holds up and stays on.
