Nope, it's the dooo rags and face bandannas, 2 cows worth of leather, skulls on everything, and the closed mindedness to anything different that make a biker.

To make a true "chopper" is to take a production bike "chop" it apart and make it how you vision it.

Most of OCC bikes are customs and production bikes not choppers since frames were manufactured that way not "chopped" and redesigned.

Just my $.02

If the factory did build one, I would be scared that people would buy it and wreck and blame HD.

Harley won't make a true chopper for one reason - liability. They don't want to make a potentially unsafe motorcycle. Many of us have never ridden a chopper. I'm guessing there's a learning curve trying to get the darn thing to turn. Besides, choppers should be custom built to preserve their uniqueness.
