Nope, it's the dooo rags and face bandannas, 2 cows worth of leather, skulls on everything, and the closed mindedness to anything different that make a biker.
Harley won't make a true chopper for one reason - liability. They don't want to make a potentially unsafe motorcycle. Many of us have never ridden a chopper. I'm guessing there's a learning curve trying to get the darn thing to turn. Besides, choppers should be custom built to preserve their uniqueness.
