Odd Lighting...Quirk? Thing?

My 02 Roadglide started flashing the security light for about 5 seconds on each start up after I changed out the last turn signals to LEDS. I don't have the security FOB enabled. It goes out and doesn't effect anything else so, I assume it has something to do with the start up sequence and resistance measurements in the circuit.

In 2002 the factory alarm was initiated manually using the fob, it is not a proximity style.

Nope, the older bikes had a fob that you had to push a button to activate.
