My chaps were made in Paki, 20 years ago, don't stink. Granted they are not up by my face. Harley leather isn't made in the USA, I never smelled one wet.
Big believer in American. But wow American leather has gone up in price. Make sure I keep my foxcreek oiled good.
First thing I look for and noticed when the Marlboro Man jacket thread popped up is none of these appear to be double stitched which makes them really unsuitable as a real riding jacket. For walking around or other use they would be fine.

This is an offshoot from another thread but has anyone ever bought one of the MoCo leather jackets from one of those celeb jacket sites? I know they’re knock offs. If you have what do you think? I know $100 vs $450 there’s gotta be a huge difference
Not worth it - I purchased some cheap leather years ago. Always a bad idea.
Check out Espinoza's or Lords of Gastown, they got some cool stuff.
