Hi, I installed an FP3 to my sportster which decided not to link and failed to download a map. After a few emails flew back and forth between Cheyne at Vance and Hines and myself they kindly sent out a new unit. Exactly the same problem occurred.
I have gone through all possible combinations of fuse pulling, updates, walking away and self harming. Anybody throw any light on this problem code as I cant find anything helpful on line.
All relevant details including screenshots were sent to V&H which led them to send the replacement.
If none other are linked, that should be fine but who knows, easy enough to remove devices and add back later. Maybe roll your bike to another location in garage or somewhere close by but in range of your wifi- maybe some type of interference? Just trying to eliminate everything but bike.

Thanks, I have moved the bike to different locations and tried it on Wi-fi and mobile data.
