In Michigan, according to data discussed on WJR AM 760, the death toll on the roads is....drum roll please.....
1. Cell Phone and/or 'texting' in general...distractions with GPS, phone, pager, etc,.."hey, I am not like 'other' drivers, I can ACTUALLY multitask!" Yea right, I followed you....NO!
2. Legal and illegal drugs...mind altering stuff. Nobody can live anymore.
3. Alcohol...down to #3 on the list.
It is rough out there...commute every day on a bike through Detroit rush hour when the T is above 35 F and the weather rock is dry in the morning....since 1992.
