It is a 14 or newer ultra limited. And they definitely look like rinehart cans at least. To me it does not look like a full exhaust but I can be wrong since I cant see the whole thing in the picture.

no, definitely not the stock headpipes. here's a pic comparing the 2. stock is on the right. notice how the upper and lower heat shield sorta 'fuzes' together? don't have that on the exhaust that op is asking about. definitely 2 distinct pipes there.

Next time just sit on the bike and wait for the owner to show up. Then you can ask him questions about his bike. Usually the guy will show up fairly quickly so it shouldn't be a long wait.
