bealive it or not
my brothers last week end invited me to eat pizza and talking about motorcycles
then we walk to the garage to see a little problem with the rear bags of the 2006 hd .
all that was lie , only to say me BROTHER THAT FOR YOU°!!!!
they bought in usa again and ten send to uruguay , iagine all that sensation on me
only 11000 miles but 1996 year
the tires are too old and that is the readon that i change
i change oil too because that dont move 5 year ago-
i send the front disc to polish , i am waiting that to drive it-
now i need to know somthing about speedometer
my spedo is in mile and i want to change to kms .
i know that somebody sell plastic indicator in kms by my odometer is on miles and i dont know to change to km
that is posible ?
I believe you have to change whole speedometer which shouldnt be hard or expensive. If tires are over 5 years yes change it. Would be good to change all fluids just to be safe. Oils and brake fluid.
In the mean time you could put a little paint mark on the chrome bezel that surrounds the speedo for critical mph=kph speeds. Town speed limits, open road, etc. Easy to remove once you find a kph speedo.
you've got a good brother!
of course , i am going to change all-
here in uruguay we have a lot of people who talk and talk about oils .
for the engine 20w50
gear box ?
primary chain?
front susp ? 10-15-20-30w --- that motorcycles have air and oil on suspension -
20w 50 is fine for the motor, you can use that in the Primary as well
I like 80w 140 gear lube in the transmission
Brake fluid should say on the brake reservoir, but I believe it is DOT 5
