The first thing I would do is cancel your ESP and get a pro-rated refund for the remaining coverage.
Second thing I would do is order the vent kit (will most likely have enough from the ESP refund to cover it) and install it myself. There's a little labor involved in the install but it's not hard. If you choose this route DON'T forget to remove the oil deflector from the transmission side. Many of the service departments that install the vent aren't taking the time to remove the deflector but it's removal is stipulated in the service bulletin. That's what happened with my '19 RGU and the vent slowed the transfer but the problem persisted at a reduced rate of transfer until I removed the deflector myself. The same thing happened to a buddy of mine (forum member DAWG) and he got into a pissing match with the service tech when he argued that it wasn't part of the bulletin. DAWG challenged him to bring up the microfiche on the computer and then made him eat crow when the tech realized he was wrong. Many techs may not realize the oil deflector needs to be removed and some may just be plain lazy.
Anyway, it requires exhaust removal (or at least loosening) to give access to the transmission cover. Once that's off it's a matter of removing 3 bolts from slave and removing the deflector with a pick. Not hard, just a PIA.
I'd tell them I don't care how you fix the oil transfer problem. It's under warranty. you can add the tube or replace the whole transmission to stop the transfer problem, just fix it.

Based on the info. you just provided, would you buy another Harley Davidson bike?

Good luck with getting your issue squared away.
Thanks for the tip I will make sure that they do everything they're supposed to.
Ok I'am confused , Harley knew they had a oil migration issue , correct ? Was there a general recall to fix the problem with a simple $ 4.00 hose ? So you had no oil migration until your factory two year warranty was up , correct ? So just like the cam chain tensioner issue Harley had for years they never admitted or addressed it for the customers and countless guys had their engines trashed as a result . I have a 2019 Softail Slim so if oil transfer starts on my bike in two years three months I'am out of warranty and the extended policy will not cover a known manufactures defect correct ?
So the problem is with Harley they are practicing an immoral code of business ethics . If you didn't care about your credit rating I would call Eagle Mark which Harley owns and tell them why you are stopping payments . Then hide the motorcycle really well so they cannot repo it ! Maybe Harley will get what they deserve as a business soon enough . I also think any Dealer that has a moral compass would take care of your problem if it is a simple $4.00 fix . So Harley the Motor Co. is the problem not the extended warranty company .

Better than all that, get a refund on your ESP, then sell the bike and pay off ur loan. This maintains your credit rating (which may become REAL important in the not-to-distant future.)
Buy a different make motorcycle (unless you find an EVO with < a lot of miles...)
