Default Neighborhood towing question - Ultra Classic

There’s an opportunity for me to move to a lakefront home w/ great bass fishing.
I like bass fishing. My wife likes bass fishing.

Problem is the HOA will not allow motorcycles inside the gate unless trailered or towed, etc.

They have a “secure” lot at the gate if you want to do that.

so..
what options are there to tow my ‘07 from my garage to the gate and back? Each way is probably 2-3 miles at 25MPH.

Im looking for an option that works with my slightly lifted Jeep TJ & my ‘07 Ultra.

obviously a trailer would work, but I’m interested in dollies or other options to see if it’s even worth looking at the house.

No F'in way I would subjugate myself to those snobs. Do you really want to live by people that won't let you have a motorcycle? That's one step below a nursing home as far as I'm concerned.

Keep your bike at a nearby rental unit may be a possibility. Look into that. Trailering 2-3 miles would be out of the question for me. Totally insane.

That is quite the rule for an HOA.

If you are considering a home with no motorcycles allowed I'll assume you don't ride much. Sell the bike and buy a bass boat.

I'd go to a fish market for my bass, and keep my bike in a garage where I can take it out and ride.

I typically put on 7k + a year, but now I work from home so no commute.
I did not ask for an opinion, I asked for an option.
can you help with that?

By the way, the only benefit to this would be that this is a private lake where my wife’s parents lived & where she grew up.
We will begin taking care of her handicapped brother full time, so if the opportunity to get a lakefront house for my wife to fish directly off our dock with her brother comes with the cost of me having to manage the bike issue, I’ll do it every time.
Again, I didn’t ask for opinions, I asked for options.
