"A small displacement Harley-Davidson model developed with Chinese manufacturer Qianjiang may finally be nearing production. The prospective 350cc model has been in the works since 2019, and despite design filings of the bike and a look at the Harley-branded engine, we havent heard any official statement on when it will go into production."

What do you mean foreign made ? Does a so-called American made Harley have made in the USA prominently displayed anywhere ?
You can bet that if a Harley was made in America it would . Assembled only in the USA from foreign sourced parts . An American made Harley is a misnomer at best .
