I try to use ethanol free gas when I can, but now that Biden is using 15% ethanol, they might be getting rid of the few stations that have ethanol free gas if forced to put the 15% garbage in my bike, is there an additive/stabilizer I can add to prevent damage to the bike?
Ethanol free (often called Rec gas) still plentiful in my area. But even though it's all I use I still put K100 into our bikes for winter storage. You can buy it in fairly large bottles, pour it into something smaller to keep on your bike for those times you can't get non ethanol.
From my experience, the stations selling E15 gas have entirely separate hose and nozzle setup for E15 gas. And labeled as 88 octane.
and premium 91/93 octane fuel is only ever a max of E10 like regular gas has been for more than a decade now. Likely youll never be forced to put E15 in your bike anyway. So youre worried over nothing.
that said I do use the Startron enzyme ethanol fuel treatment. But I believe its more for fuel storage than anything. As I use it in my fuel cans for the mower and in the bike over winter.

I use Seafoam in my bikes, mower, and small engines. It helps prevent the water from forming in the Ethanol and it keeps jets and fuel injectors clean.

Thank you.
I've been using Sta-Bil for winter storage for over 30 years. They also make this ethanol treatment product, if it comes to pass that you need it.

you won't be 'forced' to put e15 in your bike. in fact, it is a violation of federal law to put it in your bike. just pay attention when you fill up, if they happen to have the hoses on the same pump as everything else.
