Whatever it is, when it stops that means it's empty.

I haven't but I hope the shop tech did when I had a normal 5K service completed. But it was doing that before I took it in, asks them to find leak, they said they couldn't find any problem. I checked the front master cylinder (perfect height for blowing back to backrest) but didn't see any issues or feel wetness.

Great idea! Or better yet, I'll wrap a white towel around the backrest, I haven't noticed anything (or spots) on the leg of my jeans.

I bet it's oil coming from your breather.

Had this happen on an old Honda of mine. Got fork oil all over a new shirt and the bike.
Also check the front brake fluid reservoir for leaks.
Thanks, both sound like likely candidates but can't find any issue with either one.

Had that happen once while riding behind a livestock truck. Don't do that.

I have a similar situation where I had a liquid spraying up on the back right side of the bike. It was on the seat, right side cover and fender of my TriGlide. This happen after the dealer installed the MotorTrike's mechanical reverse. It turn out to be tranny fluid. I took it back to the dealer and when I got it back, still the same problem. I finally took it to a Indy shop and they fix the leak. The dealer use the stock bolts instead of using the longer bolts that came with the reverse kit.
