Hello again So I took to heart about what alot of you said about checking with my doctor so I made an appointment. I have a female doctor. Went to the appointment told her my problem she sends me to lab for blood work after the results come back I get a call most things normal but she wants me to get a cat scan on my gallbladder appointment is scheduled for Friday 7-5-2024 at 7.30am she thinks after seeing my test results gallbladder is acting up. She also recommends taking a good multi vitamin. So I have been researching them I think I might try the vita fusion multi gummy. Has anyone tried them whats your opinion on them have they helped you with energy
Not sure how old you are and after getting a go for it, aerobic exercise is usually the answer.
I take a Costco multi vitamin with iron. An extra calcium with D. My gall bladder is half full of stones. So far haven't lost it. Pretty common for a 76 year old male.
My iron is always low but extra iron does not help due to my bone issue
My joints won't take but so much aerobic. But I keep trying.
Did the upper hammer strength at gym today.
I'll do aerobic tomorrow on a rowing machine and finish with Cybex lower body equipment.
Your blood work should tell you what you need. You implied it didn't look bad. A pill is not going to give you energy.

I just read a new study that came out it said if you eat a balanced diet Multivitamins or any vitamins are a waste of money . Study also said they don't help you live longer or have any real value . My regular Dr told me that years ago .
lol curious why it matters that you have a female doctor...? but anyways, it's great that you didn't blow it off like most do, I personally get a checkup yearly and have my cholesterol and other things checked yearly, I'll be 55 in August, I workout fairly consistently, and I'm very active, but you never know what can pop up at anytime

When I try to work out, I always think of Franco Columbu saying that when you get older you don't get weaker you just need more warm up. Yeah, maybe for a world class athlete, but my fat *** sure can't lift what I did in my 20s. Do what you can brother.
