Ebay is the new EPA Police

The first of November I tried to sell a Thundermax tuner on Ebay. I copied an existing listing and by the time I got my stuff around it had been a couple of weeks. After listing it I got an email a couple of hours later telling me the posing was taken down. In a nut shell it said you cannot sell anything on Ebay that changes the stock emissions settings. It doesn't matter that it is for "off road use" you still can't sell it. And don't even think about trying to relist it.

So I searched thundermax on ebay and there were only a fraction of the tuners there compared to a couple of weeks ago and in a few days there were none. I searched Power Commander and Vance and Hines tuners too and nothing. Well they are good at what they do!

WOW! I wonder if they will roll back some of this with the regime change in January.

Where are you located? California perhaps?

I'm in Michigan and no I have not gotten around it. I thought about listing the oxygen sensors and throw in a little note "the black box with the smarts comes with them".
Looks like all tuners are gone from Ebay.
