EagleRider Rental
No different than any rental agency I have used for cars. Until the scamdemic, the car rental places would upgrade me if the car I ordered was not available. No extra charge to me, even though some tried.
At least they offered an upgrade, even if that upgrade is not suitable.

I was in Salinas CA back in 2015, and there was a eaglerider over in Carmel. I booked a RG maybe couple months ahead of time, jsut for a couple days. Get there and they dont have it. They only had a sportster or a heritage. Apparently, the 6 dutch tourists that rented all their big bikes out for two weeks in front of me, decided to not come back with them. I got stuck on the shittiest heritage. slipping clutch, loose throtlle cable, ugly green and white color, and what felt like a 40inch tall windscreen, fuel leak, ...i could go on. Biggest waste of money i ever spent, and I been in a handful of strip clubs lol

I’m back home in NC and wanted to share the experience of EagleRider. Quick recap; we booked months earlier, paid in full, and were contacted a couple of weeks before the ride that one of the bikes we had rented, Heritage Softail, would not be available.
About a week before the ride Brandon, works for EagleRider San Diego, called and shared that he should have the other Heritage available. We arrived at 10:00am October 23 and we were happy to know that all four of the bikes we requested were available. Two Heritage Softails, one RG with touring option and a SG. The touring option on the RG gives the rider a King tour pack, passenger floorboards and the new Navigation system downloaded.
Brandon upgraded my friend on the SG to a CVO, yes I was a little jealous…
. All bikes were full of gas and relatively clean. Brandon gave us a quick overview of each bike and a few does and do nots. He was very good at explaining everything, as I was the only rider to own a HD. I have only demoed the 24 and newer HDs so I also needed a crash course on the controls and Nav.
Two people in the group stayed a couple of extra days and are returning their bikes today. Me and another guy returned ours Thursday afternoon. Due to traffic we were 22 minutes late and Brandon had waited for us, since my flight out was early on Friday.
Overall the bikes performed as they should have and the overall rental experience was positive. Really appreciate Brandon and the extra work he did to secure all four bikes and the the extra time he took explaining how each bike operates. The rentals were not cheap, but it was a great day of riding and I don’t know if I’ll have the chance to ride in that area of the country again.

My only experience was in May 2018 when I had a paid and confirmed reservation for a 2017 Road Glide Special through the Rogers, Arkansas EagleRider for 5 days. The day before I was to leave to drive to Arkansas to pick up the bike and start my long awaited vacation to ride the Ozarks, they called and told me they didn’t have any bikes and they wouldn’t get any until the following week. Needless to say, I didn’t ride the Ozarks that year.
I love to travel and explore new horizons, as every trip brings inspiration and new emotions. I especially enjoy road trips where you can feel the freedom of the road. I recently read an article about places to drive in Dubai and was impressed by the variety of routes from modern highways to deserted roads with golden dunes. Such journeys help to see the world in a new way and feel the real harmony with the surrounding nature and culture of different countries.
