Thank you to all the military people who have served and are serving.
Take a long moment to reflect on what so many gave so we can wait right here and have what we have. THANK YOU !
This is for all the countries all over the world - Thank you. Rights of freedom did not come cheap.
As for last nights MNF tribute to the military - One little teeny thing, there are SIX branches of military service.
You forgot the USCG....dumb asses.
That's OK - We never get recognized, but yet "Always Ready. Always There".....

Seriously? The named the Space Force but left USCG out? Thanks for serving.

Happy Veteran's Day, Happy Armistice Day!
I'm thankful for my brothers and sisters in arms that came before me and paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms, as well as all those who will come after me. Never has a generation of Americans lived without conflict. Never have Americans failed to step up to the challenge.
Our country is more divided than it's ever been. But our military remains ready to fight the good (or bad) fights that ensure our freedom.
To all of you military veterans out there, Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, Marines, Coastguardsmen, and Guardians. Our nation is better due to your service! Thank you!

I think the reason it largely goes unrecognized as a war-time branch of the War Department, especially among us old timers, is because the USCG had been under the DOT prior to 2003, except in times of war.
I have nothing but respect for the USGC...regardless of which box you may place it...
