I've been ordering from them since the early 90's. Nothing but excellent service from them and I highly recommend them. On some items they may be a little more than some of the lesser known joints, but generally they are competitive, their shipping is same-day and fast, and again- their customer support is second to none.
have bought stuff from them for years, great company , j&p has a place in daytona so if you live in floridah they will charge you sales tax. dennis kirk doesn't so they don't
I'm looking for a carb for a 75 sportster and living in Vero Beach, FL doesn't give me a lot of dealer options. I've opted to order one online but am pretty sceptical. Anyone heard of DennisKirk.com?? I found one on that website. If so, any good/bad expierience to tell me about? Thanks - K
Nothing but GREAT experiences in dealing with them. They put "service" back in customer service... And they go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. I compare other vendors to DennisKirk.com when it comes to satisfaction in the marketplace.
One of the things that I like about them is they price match -- minus $1!!! So you always save a buck over the competition.
Dennis Kirk is a good outfit, and have never had a bad experience with them. Price wise its almost a 'toss up" between them and J/P Cycles. Mostly use their catalogs for shopping and buy where its almost always cheaper , alot cheaper , LOL ! [sm=icon_quiet.gif]
I've found them to be a great place when looking for seats. They ship the seat with a prepaid return label in case you don't like it. Try out the seat. If you don't like it drop it back in the box, stick the return label on it and give it to any UPS driver. No money required up front. Within two days of receipt back at Dennis Kirk you'll find your credit card has been credited the cost of the seat less a $6.95 return shipping fee. Have done this four times now and it's worked perfectly every time. A whole lot better than being stuck with a $500.00 seat you don't like.
