I'm on #9 in CA today and in a hairpin corner. I crotch rocket equiped with a driver in a full leather body codom passes me @25 miles an hour faster then me. A car is coming in the opposite direction. The biker has to lean so far, his knee is throwing sparks and nearly misses extinction.
If he had failed in the turn he takes out the car and me.
I don't care if you ride fast and I don't care if you wrap yourself around a tree.
Don't think it's acceptable riding fast in areaswhen the consequences is that you could take out everyone around you.
Speed doesn't kill, idiots on bikes riding beyond their capability do.

I'm being serious. The only time I've seen bikes take out other bikes is on the track where that's a definate danger. But on the street, I've never heard of a speeding biker taking out aninnocentbike. Maybe I've lead a sheltered life, I don't know.
